  • The conference system will allow payments until 23:59 (11:59 pm) October 18 2023.
  • Payments and participation rights after this deadline will not be allowed.
  • To document the date of payment, a copy of the invoice must be sent to the Conference Secretariat [email protected], 11.59 pm on October 20 2023, by the Corresponding Author.

 

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE (NO WORKSHOP), WITH LIVE OR REMOTE PRESENTATION (for each Abstract proposed and accepted)

No more than 3 authors are allowed for each Abstract, and no addition or replacement of Authors in the Draft Paper is allowed:

  • presentation of paper with single author: € 70
  • presentation of papers with 2 authors: € 110
  • presentation of papers with 3 authors: € 140.00

Note: Any bank charges are the responsibility of the Authors.

 

THE FEE INCLUDES:

  • Participation in the Conference;
  • Conference materials (for participants with live presentation only);
  • Certificate of participation in the Conference (only PDF for remote presentation);
  • Online Abstract Book with ISBN, published by ETQA, Brussels;
  • Online Proceeding Book (draft papers), with ISBN, published by ETQA,

WORKSHOP REGISTRATION FEE (STUDENT LAB Each Abstract proposed and accepted):

No more than 2 authors are allowed per abstract and addition or substitution of authors in the draft document is not allowed:

  •  Abstract fee with single author: € 10.00
  • Abstract fee with two authors: € 15.00 (no more authors per abstract will be admitted).

THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR THE WORKSHOP INCLUDES:

  • Certificate of participation as authors in the workshop;
  • Participation in the conference as auditors (with relative certification)
  • Online PDF Abstract book, with ISBN, published by ETQA, Brussels.

Cancellation Policy

Complete cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected], before October 20 2023.

Please note that 50% of the registration fee will be retained as an administrative fee.
