Welcome to the Conference Presentation

T

his conference provides a unique opportunity for academics, specialists, students, professionals, and institutions directly or indirectly involved in the topics. We invite high-quality submissions that describe innovative, empirical, experimental, or theoretical concepts that have not been previously published. Presentations may include tables, graphics, or photographs to illustrate or support the work being presented.

INTRODUCTION

The constant population movements generated by wars, migrations, pandemics, and climate change are reshaping the customs and traditions of various regions. The impact of new cultures generates cross-fertilization, cultural exchanges, and impacts on food production, tourism, and businesses.

In our 10th UNICART Conference, we intend to analyze all these aspects, but this time starting from afar, from the history of the Mediterranean, the “Inner Mediterranean” and its peoples.

 

The conference will be held in two modes: live and simultaneously as a remote session on the ZOOM platform.

 

OFFICIAL LANGUAGES

The conference will be conducted in 3 languages: English, French, Italian. If slides (PDF, PPT, etc.) are used for the presentation, they must be in English.

 

CONFERENCE PLACE:

  • Live sessions from Great Hall AX THE PALACE Hotel – Malta
  • Remote session on ZOOM platform  from UNICART Head Quarter in Tirana (Albania) details on the website unicart.org.
  • Participants must make their own travel arrangements.

** Information on partner hotels and social activities will be sent as soon as available.

 

LIVE PRESENTATIONS:

Papers must be presented by authors within a maximum of 12 minutes.

 

REMOTE PRESENTATIONS:

Authors who cannot be physically present have the option to participate remotely through the ZOOM platform. The presentation, which will be broadcast live during a dedicated session of the Conference, can have a maximum duration of 12 minutes.
