Abstract Submission

The abstracts must be uploaded by the authors, in English only, directly through our “Google Forms” submission page: SUBMISSION PAGE, 6 September to 15 October 2023 (mandatory deadline).

Abstracts sent by email will not be accepted under any circumstances.
After this date, the acceptance procedure will be stopped.

  • The abstract must be between 1,000 and 2,800 characters (maximum).
  • The acceptance e-mail will be sent by the Editorial Team within a few days, after checking that all the fields of the abstract submission form have been filled in correctly.
SUBMISSION FORM

SENDING DRAFT PAPERS (not for Workshop “Student Lab” participants):

  • Please send draft papers related to the accepted abstracts ONLY AFTER the Conference.
  • Papers must be written in one of the following languages: French, English and Italian, keeping the same abstract in English previously uploaded on the conference website.
  • Papers must be between 4 and 10 pages long, Times Roman 12pt font.
  • Papers must be uploaded by the Corresponding Author directly to the dedicated Google Drive site, exclusively through a link that will be sent to all authors whose abstract has been accepted. PAPERS SUBMITTED BY MAIL TO THE CONFERENCE SECRETARIAT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND PUBLISHED.
  • Deadline for submitting papers AFTER THE CONFERENCE: from 25 October to 25 November 2023 (mandatory deadline).

WORKSHOP SESSION (STUDENT LAB)

A workshop session is planned, accessible only to students;

Workshop participants must submit an abstract on schedule (see below).

  • The summary must be between 1,000 and 2,800 characters (maximum).
  • The acceptance email will be sent by the editors within a few days, after checking that all fields of the abstract submission form have been filled in correctly.
  • The abstracts must be uploaded by the authors, in English only, directly through our “Google Forms” SUBMISSION PAGE,  specifying the “Student lab” session, from 06 September to 15 October 2023 (mandatory deadline).

After this date, the acceptance procedure will be stopped.

Abstracts received by email will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

Complete cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected], before October 20 2023.

Please note that 50% of the registration fee will be retained as an administrative fee.
