Submission

The abstracts must be uploaded by the authors, in English only, directly through our “Google Forms” submission page: SUBMISSION PAGE, between February 20 and April 30, 2025 (mandatory deadline). After this date, the submission procedure will be deactivated.

• Each abstract can have a maximum of three authors.
• The abstract must be between 1,000 and 2,800 characters (maximum).
• The editorial staff will send an acceptance email within a few days of receiving the automatic receipt email. The email will confirm that all fields in the abstract submission form have been correctly filled in and that the abstract is consistent with the conference themes.

Full Paper Submitted:

• Papers must be submitted in one of the following languages: English, French, Italian.
• The Paper must be between 6 and 10 pages long (all inclusive), A4 page format, Times New Roman 12 font, single spacing, 2.5 cm page margins.
• Of course, the title, the authors’ data, the Abstracts, the keywords (from 3 to 5) and the JEL classification (optional) are also included in the indicated page limit.
• The papers must be uploaded by the corresponding author directly to the dedicated Google Drive site, exclusively through a link that will be sent to all authors whose abstract has been accepted using the provided template
• Submission of the papers: from May 10 to June 10, 2025 (mandatory deadline).

PAPER SENT IN OTHER FORM TO THE CONFERENCE SECRETARIAT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR PUBLISHED

CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS

The conference proceedings will be published in:

• a Book of Abstracts (with ISBN code) before the 2025 conference
• a Proceedings Book (with ISBN code) by June 30, 2025.
• a Selected Book with Peer Review (with ISBN code) by September 30, 2025

*authors who are not up to date with payments will not be published

Journal with ISSN

Authors may choose to submit their Papers to the following peer-reviewed journals associated with the conference, instead of the Select Book above (an additional fee may be required by some journals):

• eJHS European Journal of Horticultural Science – ISSN: 1611-4426 print and 1611-4434 online – Researchpark Haasrode, 3001 Leuven, Belgium

Complete cancellation requests must be sent to [email protected], before September 20 2024.

Please note that 50% of the registration fee will be retained as an administrative fee.
