Abstract Submission

The abstracts must be uploaded by the authors, in English only, directly through our “Google Forms” submission page: SUBMISSION PAGE, September 25 and November 10, 2025 (mandatory deadline). After this date, the submission procedure will be deactivated.

 

Conference abstracts will be published in an Abstract Book (with ISBN) in digital format by November 30, 2025.

 

  • Each abstract can have a maximum of three authors.
  • The abstract must be between 1,000 and 2,800 characters (maximum).
  • The editorial staff will send an acceptance email within a few days of receiving the automatic receipt email. The email will confirm that all fields in the abstract submission form have been correctly filled in and that the abstract is consistent with the conference themes.

 

Please note that abstracts submitted by email only will not be accepted under any circumstances.

 

A maximum of 35 abstracts will be accepted.

 

Full Paper Submitted:

  • Papers must be written in one of the following languages: French, English, or Italian, maintaining the same English abstract previously uploaded to the conference website.

  • Papers must be between 4 and 10 pages in length, using 12 pt Times New Roman font.

  • Papers must be uploaded by the corresponding author directly to the dedicated Google Drive platform, exclusively through the link that will be sent to all authors whose abstracts have been accepted.

  • Paper submission period: December 6-19, 2025 (mandatory deadline).

  • All full papers will be peer-reviewed.

 

PAPER SENT IN OTHER FORM TO THE CONFERENCE SECRETARIAT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR PUBLISHED

 

CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS

The conference proceedings will be published as follows:

  • Online Abstract Book with ISBN, published by ETQA, Brussels, by November 30, 2025.
  • Online Selected Book (draft papers) with ISBN, published by ETQA, Brussels, by February 2, 2026.

Authors who are not up to date with their payments will not be included in the publications.

 

Journal with ISSN

Authors may choose to submit their Papers to the following peer-reviewed journals associated with the conference, instead of the Select Book above (an additional fee may be required by some journals):

  • eJHS European Journal of Horticultural Science – ISSN: 1611-4426 print and 1611-4434 online – Researchpark Haasrode, 3001 Leuven, Belgium

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, please send a written request to [email protected] by 11:59 PM on December 2, 2025.
Please note that 50% of the registration fee will be retained to cover administrative costs.
