Payment Instructions

For payments made via bank deposit or bank transfer, please kindly ensure that:

• All bank charges, transaction fees, or transfer .
• The full invoiced amount must be received net of any deductions.

This ensures accurate and timely processing of your registration or participation confirmation.

Payment and Registration Guidelines

Payment information must be provided upon acceptance of the abstract, and all fees are the sole responsibility of the submitter.

Payments through the conference system are accepted until 11:59 PM on November 20, 2025. Payments and participation will not be permitted after this deadline. To document the payment date, the corresponding author must send a copy of the receipt to the Conference Secretariat ([email protected]) by 11:59 PM on November 30, 2025.

Conference Registration Fee – Live or Remote Presentation

(for each abstract proposed and accepted)

Each abstract may include a maximum of three authors. No addition, removal, or replacement of authors will be permitted in subsequent drafts of the paper.

• €75.00 for a single-author article (handling fee included)

• €116.00 for a two-author article (handling fee included)

• €147.00 for a three-author article (handling fee included)

A higher number of authors per paper will not be accepted.

Note: Any bank charges are the responsibility of the authors.

Registration Fee Includes:

• Conference participation

• Conference materials (for in-person participants only)

• Certificate of participation as an author (PDF format for remote participants)

• Publication in the Conference Proceedings

 Note: UNICART is committed to environmental sustainability; therefore, all publications and certificates will be provided in digital format. All materials, proceedings, and books will be published by ETQA (Brussels, Belgium).
