Payment Instructions
For payments made via bank deposit or bank transfer, please kindly ensure that:
- All bank charges, transaction fees, or transfer commissions are fully covered by the sender.
- The full invoiced amount must be received net of any deductions.
This ensures accurate and timely processing of your registration or participation confirmation.
Payment and Registration Guidelines
The conference system will accept payments until May 5, 2025 at 23:59. Payments (and corresponding participation rights) will not be processed after this deadline. To verify the payment date, a copy of the payment receipt/invoice must be sent by the corresponding author to the conference secretariat at no later than May 2, 2025, 23:59.
Conference Registration Fee
For each accepted abstract that is presented (either in person or remotely), the following fees apply (each abstract may have up to three authors, and no changes to the author list will be allowed in the next paper draft):
- Single-author paper: €70.00
- Two-author paper: €110.00
- Three-author paper: €140.00
Note: Any bank charges are the responsibility of the authors.

- Conference materials (for in-person participants only)
- Certificate of participation (PDF)
- Book of Abstracts (with ISBN)
- Proceedings Book (with ISBN, draft papers)

Note: UNICART is committed to environmental sustainability; therefore, all publications and certificates will be provided in digital format. All materials, proceedings, and books will be published by ETQA (Brussels, Belgium).

€7 Handling FeeYoung Researcher Session (Student Lab)
A special Young Researcher workshop session (open exclusively to student participants) will be held as part of the conference. Workshop participants in this session must submit an abstract according to the schedule outlined below.
- The abstract must be between 1,000 and 2,800 characters.
- The editorial staff will send an acceptance email within a few days, after verifying that all fields of the abstract submission form are completed correctly.
- Abstracts must be submitted in English via our Google Forms SUBMISSION PAGE between February 20 and April 30, 2025 (deadline).
- After this date, the submission system will be closed. (Abstracts submitted by email will not be accepted.)
Young Researcher Registration Fee
For each accepted student-session abstract, a maximum of two authors is allowed. No additions or substitutions of authors will be permitted when preparing the draft paper.
- Abstract fee (single author): €30.00
- Abstract fee (two authors): €50.00
(Abstracts with more than two authors will not be accepted.)

The Registration Fee for the Young Researcher Session Includes:
- Attendance at the conference

- Inclusion in the Book of Abstracts (with ISBN) before the 2025 conference
- Inclusion in a Selected Book (with ISBN), to be published by September 30, 2025
Note: Authors with outstanding payments will not be published.
All activities in the Young Researcher Session will be overseen by the Young Researcher Session Coordination Committee.
